Leanne Benson, Bell Choir Director
Leanne Benson is a native of Milledgeville, Georgia and a music graduate of Georgia College. She holds both a Bachelor and Master of Music Education from Georgia College. Leanne began playing handbells with the Milledgeville’s Antebellum Handbell Choir in 2003 and in the fall of 2009, began directing the reestablished First Presbyterian Handbell Choir. She currently teaches and directs all music and theater programs of Creekside Elementary School while maintaining an active role in the Antebellum Handbell Choir, First Presbyterian Handbell Choir, First Presbyterian Chancel Choir, and Milledgeville Singers’ Guild.
